December 5th College Basketball Recap and Talking Points. What you can take away from the previous day in Hoops.

AJ Storr was huge in Wisconsin’s win @ Michigan State. Made 8 of his 11 shots. Nothing you can do about it.

Basketball Season. This is everything we want. The Indiana bench shows up in a huge way in the absence of their starting point guard @ Michigan. Kaleb Banks, Payton Sparks, Anthony Walker, CJ Gunn — a combined 28 points on 61% from the field. FOUR STEALS and a block for Gunn. Every point was needed. +7 dawgs win outright. Vibes are high for the #Hoosiers

28 points from Judah Mintz last night is exactly why I have him in the Top 60 on my NBA Draft Board. Dynamic scorer that could pop off with better players around him similar to what we expect from Rob Dillingham and similar to what is currently playing out with Keyonte George … still I’d like to see more ASSISTS from Mintz — something to watch for.

33 a piece in Madison Square Garden for Marcus Domask and Terrance Shannon Jr yesterday. BUCKETS. These guys had EVERY answer. Shannon is gliding here and plays above the rim.

Milos Uzan is a name that has been thrown around in NBA Draft talks. His performance last night (Oklahoma beats Providence @ Home) is only going to increase the buzz. 8/12 field goals with twelve boards, 4 steals, and a block (his first career double double). I will use this phrase many times throughout the season — a PROFESSIONAL performance.
