Last time I blogged I figured we were in for a great series against Dallas. Today I write as a beaten blogger who feels like a loser after the things Luka and Kyrie did to my favorite basketball team. The best and shortest way to describe the first three games of series is this. The Timberwolves were outplayed in the clutch to lose both home games and game 3.
However last night we bounced back down 3-0 with a 105-100 victory. The NBA sent in Scott “The Extender” Foster to make sure the Wolves wouldn’t get swept as KAT and Ant played their best games of the series.
Now I know what some are thinking teams who start series up 3-0 are 155-0 in the series all time. Maybe the Wolves will keep that number at 0 but also maybe they won’t. This team is 3-0 in elimination games so far this season and Kyrie lost the first closeout game of his career last night. All I know is that the Target Center better be rocking for Game 5. It is still the Western Conference Finals and we are one of three teams who could still claim the Larry O Brien this year! So let’s get up and stand up for the boys! Why not us? Why not now?
