My thoughts on game one vs the Lakers are fairly simple. We looked like a team that hadn’t played much together. The Lakers looked like a team where the vibes couldn’t be higher for JJ, Bron, and AD. Davis killed us which concerns me especially since Rudy just got paid before the game. Last Thursday in Sacramento Ant and Julius took over to get the win by 2 and I felt we were in a good spot.
On Saturday I was lucky enough to go to the home opener vs Toronto and I couldn’t be happier with what I saw especially from the new Timberwolves. Toronto isn’t gonna be a good team this year so the WCF rematch was a good measuring stick for the boys. Ant started so hot but Luka owns our team there is no better way to say it we had chances but not enough to win.
This week the Wolves play Denver at home Friday then travel to San Antonio Saturday and return home Monday vs Charlotte.
