Basketball Card Wed. (Feb 1st)

Providence +4 @ Xavier. Freemantle being out is a problem. Providence just won @ Villanova. They’ve been consistently winning all season long. There will be an adjustment period for Xavier. This is a Top 10 player in the Big East we are talking about.

Florida State +9.5 – We just saw NC State have trouble with Notre Dame. Florida State has been much better lately and it appears people aren’t keeping up. Baba Miller draft stock has to rise, so will this team.

Seton Hall +1 @ St. John’s – Top 20 defense comes to the Carnaseca Center. Is Posh back? No reason to look away from Seton Hall. No reason to look at St. John’s.

Pitt +9 @ UNC. Disrespectful line. RJ and Caleb have their hands full. Puff Johnson is questionable. Bacot is who could blow this game open and I will be on his Props.

Hawks/Suns – Hawks +2. Favorite look of the day. These Suns aren’t THAT good. Atlanta has been fine on the road.

Notes:

Why is the Tennessee line weird? Who is out/Why are people buying Florida?

Blazers +6? Do Hart and Nurkic play? Grizzlies should not be laying that many point without Adams. How have the Blazers performed on the road?

Wolves are a sneaky play. D-Lo/Wiggins makes for an interesting angle. No play is best.

Kings/Spurs Over 244.5 could be a fun one to take.

Ride Utah if the public is on Toronto.

Oklahoma – Home revenge. The Sooners just beat Alabama… I respect OK State but it’s hard to stay away from this home ML.

Wash Wizards – Playing like a mid tier NBA team. Much better than the Pistons. Talks of the Big 3 staying together and this team is looking to win games. They are certainly capable of it!!

Sac Kings – Don’t want to be dropping games. This seems like a team that plays hard every night. If they lose the over will likely hit.

Boston Celtics – This Nets team is no good especially with Ben Simmons and TJ Warren out. Celtics are looking to win games!!

OKC Thunder – Rockets are clearly tanking this game with the early Jalen Green announcement (He’s not playing). Grab this and profit.
