Bulls/Suns – This is clearly an under game. We look at these defenses (both Top 5 as of now) and that’s the obvious conclusion but I don’t like betting totals because both teams can always come out and make/miss shots. With the Bulls, sure they have gotten some wins with Bev in the lineup, but there’s nothing that gets me excited about this team to the point where I could expect them to beat someone like the Suns. I recently got scared when the Bulls were in Toronto because I had Raptors ML and people were buying the Bulls last minute. Toronto won by 6… not worried about tonight. Suns ML in Parlays
Lakers/Wolves — Minnesota is the hardest team to bet on in the NBA. You never know what you are gonna get especially with Rudy always being in and out of the lineup. Ant Edwards is brining some much needed intensity to the league and I don’t want to step in front of that. Another night of the LakeShow. No Play.
Hawks/Blazers — I can’t even take the over, that’s how much I hate Portland right now. Your fake top 3 player Anfernee Simons is out and this once again leaves Dame Lillard in an impossible situation. Make some money! This is all Hawks.
Nets/Celtics — Let’s think about this. A little over a week ago it was Philly and BKN playing. The line was Sixers -3. Since then Brooklyn has shown us that they have no defense and given us a lot of bad efforts. But look where we are… -11??? This is a championship line. I just laid -9.5 on Memphis against HOUSTON and -10 on Phoenix against Charlotte… these are two playoff teams, what are we doing here?? New Look Nets +11. Maybe I’d be scared off if it was Milwaukee, but this is Boston.
Knicks/Heat — Man we have a great slate today. Jimmy Butler is questionable so we are pretty much on standby until we know about that. There’s something weird about the Knicks going and playing in Miami (first time this season). The Heat are getting a lot of respect from the books right now and that makes me want to watch and learn here. One thing I can say about Miami is that they are never going to win big especially against a respectable opponent. Teasers vs the Heat are SAFE. May be looking to find Knicks at +5 or something if Jimmy is out.
OKC/Utah — Huge sense of direction game. Utah is clearly in the Top 10 of the Western Conference standings but with all the entertaining teams fighting for position I would be SHOCKED to see Utah actually have a chance at making the playoffs. OKC just rolled over for the Lakers, no SGA.. not a lot to love, and that’s why we get the close line here. But OKC is at the house for the fourth straight game and I’m buying them at the easy price of -1. No Sexton or CLARKSON for Utah btw.. this is already in addition to the unloading of Beasley and Vando for nothing in return (on the court).
Orlando/Charlotte — Easily my favorite game of the day (in terms of a play). Orlando ML. Take it in parlays. With Charlotte, LaMelo is done for the season I believe, you just traded McDaniels, and PJ Washington is out. This was already a bottom five team, I don’t think the books have caught up.
Denver/Memphis — Here we are. Fine in the West? Your team is +5 tonight Ja. Denver gets up for these games. This is what they’ve done all season and I expect them to do it again tonight. ML LOCK. I have it with Orlando, I have it with Jon Jones this weekend, I will probably throw it with Atlanta as well.
LAC/Sacramento — This game will not be as good as the last one!! 0-4 with Russ and in classic Clippers fashion, Kawhi Leonard will not play tonight. I have not seen a team operate like this. Truly disgusting. No interest here. The Kings are chasing the ONE SEED!
New Orleans/Golden State — Tough times for the Pels but the Wednesday game in Portland really showed me something. Still, it took 40 from BI and that’s not something I can count on every night. Golden State will be overvalued after last nights game and may have some others sitting out in addition to Steph and Wiggins. Tough stuff but I’m leaning towards the Pelicans.
